   All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, missed sessions, or no-shows, regardless of reason. We appreciate your understanding as spots are limited and camp logistics are based on confirmed attendance.

   By registering for this camp, you consent to receive email updates, important camp information, and promotional material from Moy Style Baseball. These communications may include schedule changes, future camp announcements, and baseball development content. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link found at the bottom of any email we send.

3. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
   You acknowledge that participation in baseball-related training, drills, and athletic activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, equipment-related injury, or injury resulting from the use of training facilities.

By completing this registration, you voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of the participant and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Moy Style Baseball, its owners, coaches, employees, agents, volunteers, and any hosting facility and its staff from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained during or as a result of participation in the Moy Style Baseball Camps

You understand that this release applies to any location where the camp is held, including but not limited to public or private athletic facilities, schools, or training centers.
